Eight acres of elevated greenfield on Matchams Lane, with views over the surrounding woodland. Consent is in place for up to ninety-nine lodges and the ground has been cleared, but nothing is built yet — so there is nothing here to book.

When it opens it will be the best-connected park in the group: the New Forest is two miles, Christchurch six, Bournemouth beach nine and Sandbanks fourteen, with Bournemouth Airport barely two miles down the lane.
