Set high on the park with the valley falling away in front of it. On a clear evening you can see the water from the deck.

Woolacombe is a twenty-minute drive; the coast path is a mile down the lane.

Lovely spot, steep lane
The park road up to the upper terrace is steep and narrow — fine, but take it slowly with a caravan behind you.
