Ten of us for a birthday
Booked the whole home for my mother’s seventieth. Enough bathrooms that nobody queued, and we ate all ten around the table.

The largest home on the estate. Four bedrooms, his-and-hers en suite, and the meadow out front.
The one to choose if you love having company to stay. Generous through the main living volume with quieter corners tucked off it, a utility room, layered lighting throughout, and a his-and-hers en suite to the principal bedroom.
Plot 1 faces the central meadow on the northern drive — the widest outlook on the estate, and the best of the evening light.
Sleeps ten across four bedrooms. Two parking spaces plus a visitor bay directly opposite.

Excellent, priced accordingly
It is the most expensive home on the park and it is worth it if you fill it. For four people it would be silly.
