Walking base, hard to beat
Dovedale, Ilam, Thorpe Cloud — all within twenty minutes. Came back muddy every day and the drying space coped.

Good home, park still being built
There is construction on the far side of the park as they put in the new phase. Not loud, and not near us, but you can see it.
